Who are ISIC Thailand?

The ISIC?

The ISIC Association is a non-profit organization responsible for the management, growth, and development of the International Student Identity Card (ISIC).

Based in Denmark, the ISIC Association is made up of over 150 community members, including 46 full-member organizations. It operates under the guidelines set by the ISIC Association Constitution and Convention and is governed by the ISIC Association Board. The day-to-day administration and operations are managed by the ISIC Service Office.

The mission of the ISIC Association is "Making student life better." This mission is carried out by supporting students worldwide and helping to make their time as a student easier, more affordable, and more enjoyable. The ISIC Association achieves this by facilitating the international recognition of students' official status, providing them with access to a wide range of benefits.

Objective of the ISIC Association

The objective of the ISIC Association is to make the ISIC card an essential tool for students around the world. This goal is pursued by increasing access to educational opportunities, enhancing student life, promoting intercultural understanding and educational exchange, and building stronger connections between students of all nationalities and the global academic community.

ISIC Thailand Establishment

As of 2024, ISIC Global has proudly appointed Sharp Interchange Co., Ltd. as the one and only official representative office in Thailand. This appointment marks an exciting new chapter in delivering ISIC’s mission to the Thai student community, ensuring they can enjoy the global advantages of the ISIC card while also benefiting from unique opportunities tailored specifically for students in Thailand.
